SkoldTrades ("we", "us") provides software to help UK-registered tradespeople find repeat work, win-backs and referrals from their existing customers, and manage jobs. SkoldTrades is available to businesses operating in the United Kingdom only.
You must be a UK trades business to use SkoldTrades. You're responsible for the accuracy of any customer data you upload or connect, and for having the right to contact those customers under applicable law.
SkoldTrades is billed as a single flat monthly fee regardless of team size. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. You may cancel at any time; no long-term contract is required.
Your customer list and job history remain yours. We do not sell or share your customer data with other tradespeople or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how data is handled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. On cancellation you may export your customer list and job history before your account is closed.
SkoldTrades is provided as a tool to help identify sales opportunities and manage jobs; we don't guarantee any particular volume of bookings or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
