To run your customer audit, we process the customer data you upload or connect — names, contact details and job history — along with your own account and business details.
We use this data solely to run the audit, generate follow-up messages on your behalf, and operate your job manager. We do not use your customer data to market to them on behalf of anyone but you.
We never sell your customer list, and we never share it with other tradespeople or directories. Data is only shared with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (e.g. hosting, email/SMS delivery), under agreements that keep it protected.
Data is stored and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards.
You can request a copy of, correct, or delete your data at any time. Your customers can also ask you (as the data controller for their information) to be removed, and we'll support that request promptly.
We keep data for as long as your account is active, plus a short period after cancellation in case you want to reactivate or export it, after which it's deleted.
